Training

Goal Orientated

We provide goal-oriented training tailored to the unique needs of our participants and the specific requirements of your company. Unlike generic, repetitive training programs, we ensure that our content is relevant to your needs and adapted to the participants' knowledge levels. This approach guarantees engaging and valuable training experiences for all involved.

Bi-Lingual

Training can be delivered in both German and English. Documents and content can be customised in both or either of the languages. It is also possible to switch seamlessly between these languages for explanations or clear understanding.

Remote Traning

The advantages of remote training have become more apparent in recent years. One of the most acknowledged benefits for customers is that whole days or weeks don’t have to be dedicated to the training. Training can be chunked into two-hour, three-hour, and four-hour full-day bites. However, most customers like the idea of, for example, breaking a 5-day Seminar or Workshop into 10 x 4h Workshops. This enables the participants not only to learn but also gives them the time to concentrate and then process what they have just learned.

Most workshop participants have B.A.U (Business as Usual) daily tasks even when the seminar is being run. However, reality seldom allows for this, as participants are required to manage both responsibilities simultaneously. Breaking a workshop into multiple smaller units enables the participant to block that time entirely and still have at least half a day for B.A.U work. So, B.A.U work doesn’t fall behind, and the participant can fully concentrate on the delivered training.

Another crucial fact is that breaking up a seminar into chunks gives the participant time to navigate and “play” around and deepen their understanding of the lesson content.

Inhouse or In-Person Training

The traditional in-house and in-person training option is also available with a minimum booking requirement of 2 days. One common challenge in training sessions is the choice of the IT environment. Typically, customers use their existing environments, which may entail installing a test environment (adding extra time) or utilizing their current Dev or Prod environment to demonstrate lesson content. However, this practice raises concerns about safety and security, as it restricts participants from hands-on experimentation, potentially leading to unintended issues.

To address these issues, we offer the option to provide an independent, on-site test lab. This lab not only encourages hands-on learning but also allows for exploring different scenarios, eliminating the risk of affecting existing environments. This approach ensures a secure and productive training experience.
