Project Managment

Experience

We have led and managed a vast amount of projects either as Project Lead or as Project Manager. Most of these projects were with international Fortune 500 companies. We have overcome delays, budget cuts, personnel shortages and administrative hurdles, to name a few. Project management is not only about leading a team to success but also about handling the unforeseen, as experience can teach one to look out for and plan for things that inevitably arise.

Bi-Lingual

All communications and documentation can be done in either English or German. Both languages are spoken and written on an academic level.

Correct Tools

Success in project management not only relies on the person leading the team but also on the tools that are used together with the team.

Tools for that allow project planning, team planning, and reporting. However, there is more. Documentation sharing, version control of documents, approval tracking and financial tracking tools must be thought about. Not to forget about communication tools for video conferences or fast team chats.

Tools such as MindManager, MS Projects, Asana, Trello, Jira, Sharepoint, Teams, Zoom, and Slack to just name the most common tools.

Correct Method

The management of a team can either make or break projects. The AGILE approach is the most commonly used method today and is the methodology we subscribe to.

We can support a lot of methodologies as well as methods such as:
